ESG Policy

Based on its core values, SUNIL DYFAS strives to create sustainable social value by establishing a zero-accident workplace where all employees are free from the risk of accidents, promoting carbon neutrality by 2045 in response to climate change, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and international standards, and sets sustainable as its top management priority.

1.The Company considers the establishment of a safe and healthy workplace and environmental protection as core values that take precedence over all business activities, and regards the protection of employees and stakeholders from accidents and hazards as its highest principle.

2. We establish a safety, health, and environment-oriented organizational culture based on the voluntary participation and responsible actions of all employees. Taking into account stakeholder requirements and changes in the business environment, we comply with applicable laws and other requirements to strengthen our safety, health, and environmental management capabilities, and continuously improve our management system through the elimination of hazards, prevention of occupational accidents, and reduction of adverse environmental impacts.

3. The Company systematically manages environmental impacts arising from all production processes to minimize negative environmental impacts and prevent pollution, thereby promoting environmentally responsible management. Environmental impacts include all factors affecting the environment, such as climate change, biodiversity, chemicals, waste, air and water pollution, and the use of resources and energy.

4. We support and comply with internationally recognized standards for sustainability, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), UN Global Compact, and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and we comply with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate.

5. We protect the information of the Company, customers, employees, and other stakeholders, maintain security, systematically manage personal data and information assets, respect intellectual property rights, and prohibit any infringement or unauthorized use of third-party rights.

6. The Company promotes fair trade based on ethical leadership, prevents corruption, bribery, improper solicitation, and conflicts of interest, and establishes a trusted governance structure through transparent and responsible decision-making, including the operation of a transparent and accountable Board of Directors.

7. The Company systematically manages ESG-related risks and maintains and continuously improves its management system through performance evaluation and management review. We actively communicate with stakeholders through various channels and reflect their expectations in our sustainability management activities.

Code of Business Ethics

Employees of the Company and its business partners shall recognize that each individual's conduct is consistent with the honor of the Company, and in performing their duties, they shall uphold the following attitudes in order to realize a sound corporate culture and further strengthen the Company's internal and external credibility.

1.Employees shall comply with the law and the Company's policies and procedures when performing their duties.

2.Employees shall respect each other's diverse backgrounds and treat each other with trust and honesty.

3.Employees shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, etc.

4.Employees shall comply with safety and environmental policies for a safe and healthy work environment.

5.Employees shall comply with the quality management system for product safety and on-site processes.

6.Employees shall not accept gifts, entertainment, or favors during the performance of their duties.

7.Employees shall not accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper monetary payments (relay fees, refunds, donations).

8.Executives and employees shall not take personal benefits during the performance of their duties or using opportunities obtained by using their position in the company.

9.Executives and employees shall maintain integrity in the selection, transaction, and purchase of contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

10.Employees shall protect the company's assets from theft, misuse, and abuse and protect the technology and intellectual property entrusted to them by business partners, customers, and suppliers.

11.Employees shall not use important non-public information for personal gain, or leak or provide information to others.

12.Comply with applicable laws and regulations and the legal and regulatory requirements of the country in which they operate in international business relationships.

Anti-Corruption Policy

Sunildyfas is committed to fulfilling its social responsibilities and earning the trust of all stakeholders by conducting its business fairly and transparently. To that end, we have established the following Anti-Corruption Policy and pledge to uphold it:

1.We strictly prohibit all forms of corruption, including improper solicitation, and the offering or acceptance of bribes or other valuables.

2.We comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, the requirements of the Anti-Corruption Management System (ACMS), and relevant internal regulations.

3.We set anti-corruption objectives to manage risks, take appropriate actions to achieve them, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our Anti-Corruption Management System.

4.We report any violations of laws, codes of conduct, or corrupt activities through designated channels. Whistleblowers are strictly protected from any form of disadvantage or retaliation.

5.Responsibility and authority for operating the Anti-Corruption Management System are clearly defined, and all employees are required to actively implement and uphold anti-corruption practices.

6.We are committed to promoting a culture of integrity by embedding anti-corruption principles throughout the organization.
